HEAD OF MARKETING · STRATEGY + EVERY POST IDEA, WITH THE CEO
Problem
Job seekers send one generic resume to fifty postings and lose to the parsing software before a human
ever reads a word.
Product
AI rewrites the resume for each posting, fills the application, and tracks every opportunity from first
click to offer. Everything runs privately on your machine. This one is not a claim.

The internal systems elsewhere on this timeline share the same build.

My part
Head of Marketing. I shape the marketing strategy and every post idea with the CEO: the
0→1 playbook, the content test strategy, a pipeline of 100+ post designs, three outreach
programs, and the design system behind all of it.
The LLM Council: many AIs, one verdict
AI SKILL TRAINING · I HELPED CREATE THE LLM COUNCIL SKILL
One AI gives you one opinion, blind spots included. The council asks several at once,
has them grade each other anonymously, and hands back a single verdict.
Why it works
Blind first drafts. Every advisor answers alone. No groupthink.
Anonymous review. Substance wins and names stay hidden.
One verdict. The strongest reasoning survives in a single answer.
In real use
Real decisions run through it: this site’s design, xPM’s film specs, and go or no-go
market gates before publishing.
Pattern credit: Andrej Karpathy’s LLM Council. I helped
build the pattern into a reusable skill.
xPM Construction Project Management
AI INTEGRATION SPECIALIST · I BUILT THE FIRM’S ENTIRE AUTOMATION SYSTEM, END TO END
The math is conservative. Done by hand, 406 dossiers × 2.5 h +
100 films × 4 h + 126 posts × 1.5 h ≈ 1,600 h of production. The pipeline cut each piece to
minutes plus review. Net: ~1,500 h over 9 months, one extra full-time hire. Counts come straight
from the live folders. Infographics are not priced in.
Marketing & Client Ops
NASCC 2026, Atlanta. I was there end to end. I set up everything, talked with
every prospective client, recorded everything, and edited the video after. I helped design
much of the booth material.

The publishing framework. Every post and video xPM ships runs through
automation I set up. In daily use for 6+ months, upgraded the whole way.
The entire marketing framework. Post categories, playbooks, how every piece
gets made and shipped. I built it and I am still reshaping it today.

Outbound without the grind
Problem
A sell-side M&A team hand-built prospect lists and typed every follow-up to acquisition targets.

Hevesta Capital: the buy side
PRIVATE EQUITY / SEARCH FUND ANALYST
The work
I ran industry and company research to find, evaluate, and prioritize warm acquisition leads
against the fund’s investment criteria. Financial, operational, and competitive analysis fed
the top of the pipeline.
On the sourcing committee
I streamlined the lead-generation workflow and sharpened target matching against the fund’s
filters. Better sourcing quality, less wasted diligence.
This ran in parallel with the SellSide M&A seat. Buy side and
sell side in the same fall.
Catalyst Consulting & Strategy Group
FOUNDING MEMBER & FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Founded from zero
I helped found a new campus consulting group and built its financial framework from scratch.
I set membership dues by analyzing expenses to balance affordability against long-term
sustainability.
First case
A strategic engagement with Project PL-8: the financial strategy behind funding the first
student-built, street-legal car.
$20K+ for the first student-built street-legal car
The mission
Project PL-8: design, engineer, and manufacture the first street-legal car built entirely by
students. My lane was the money. Targeted outreach, grants, and sponsorships brought in over
$20,000.
How
I rebuilt the corporate sponsorship package around what sponsors wanted, ran the grant research
and applications, and worked the tax-exempt strategy with the finance team. The funding strategy itself
ran as a case through , the consulting
group founded the same January.
The University of Texas at Austin
The degree
BS Economics, Class of 2028, with minors in Applied Statistical Modeling, Computer Science, and
Finance. GPA 3.74. The combination is deliberate: the economics of a business, the statistics to measure
it, the code to automate it, and the finance to price it.
Client project: Thoma Bravo risk analysis
A client risk-analysis engagement (RM 357E, UT Austin): a full read of Thoma Bravo’s
tech-focused private equity operations. The report covered the cybersecurity and regulatory
exposure of owning dozens of software companies, grounded in real cases like SolarWinds and
RealPage.
What it produced
An enterprise-risk-management evaluation of exposure and firm response, with recommendations on
compliance systems, cybersecurity protocols, and operational resilience.
First construction seat
The work
Project development intern at Ultimate Construction & Investment: comparative market analysis and
feasibility reports for 10+ proposed developments, working alongside architects and project managers,
plus interior and exterior mood boards. AutoCAD, Excel, Photoshop. This summer made construction
the wedge for everything after.
Congressional Award: Gold Medal
What it is
The United States Congress’s highest award for young Americans. Earned across years of logged
goals in voluntary public service, personal development, physical fitness, and expedition.
SailPoint: Software Engineer Intern
The work
UI engineering at a public identity-security company, the summer before senior year of high school.
First taste of production software at enterprise scale.
Published, twice
The papers
I co-authored two publications: a comparison of machine-learning approaches in remote education
(2023), and a perspectives piece on the state of the STEM field (2024). I managed an editorial
team at a Rice University program in the same period.
Two years in Code2College: Python projects, a MySQL banking app, and a client website shipped in
a hackathon-style project. The first time code I wrote ran for someone else.
Two schools at once
Kickoff
I started high school and college in the same semester, dual-enrolled at Harmony School of
Endeavor and Austin Community College. I carried the load for four years.
The finish
Four years of double duty ended in one month: a diploma from Harmony School of Endeavor and an
associate’s degree from Austin Community College, together, May 2024.
